FLIGHT

Aim: To learn about flight and aerodynamics. 

• In your groups of 3 you will make a paper plane and measure its distance and behaviour.
• In groups of 3 you will make a water rocket and record its distance and behaviour. 

4 forces of flight:

4.   Gravity

Drama Activities.

For our module we are doing Drama Activities.

These are the games that we played on Tuesday;

1. Tequilla
2. Freeze game
3. Mask game
4. Statues
5. 16 16

My favourite game was Freeze. Whenever Whaea Joanne called out "freeze" we had to freeze in a pose.

PE

In playback we played lots of games. We played  Ki O Rahi, football,netball,basketball and touch. In the four sports we play multiball. Also before we played Ki O Rahi we need to reach about it before we played it.  

For our warm ups we played silly banana that is like tag. Bench ball is like netball but there was no goal you needed to pass the ball to the person on the bench. Kick long ball is a game there is two teams you need to kick  the ball and run to the other side and fat mat splat is the same put there is three mats and you jump on them.

One other thing that we did is that we modified a sport. The teachers picked I sport for us. Modifying is that we needed to change something in the sport so it is fun and safe.
